Her Superman-detector? Off the charts.
You guys, Ashley had this freaking brilliant idea to recap the best ever 25 hours of television. (An idea that I may or may not steal.) Today is number 25 and it is the Lois and Clark episode "Tempus Fugitive." Her recap is so clever and she tackled the campiness of the show with such empathy that I was grinning like a lunatic the entire time I was reading. You should go there now, and I mean business on this one.

Here's my thing about Superman. I can buy how he has laser eyes and can deflect bullets and is way fast and everything, but how can Lois not realize Clark is Superman. HE'S JUST WEARING GLASSES. It makes me so angry sometimes that my head explodes. Like, the other day I watched Superman Returns and Clark was Superman for like the last million hours of the movie and NO ONE ASKED ABOUT CLARK AT ALL.
That said, I watched Lois & Clark when it was on and enjoyed it immensely.

Well then you should go read Ashely's recap, because this episode of Lois and Clark answered the question of how Lois could be so galactically stupid. Also, I have just made a note to add All-Star Superman to your comic starter pack.

How can such pretty people wear such abominable clothes? *sigh* If I hadn't lived through the 80s and 90s, I'd never believe people wore that stuff.
