You know how the time changed this weekend and the sun started setting at, like, noon? Did any of you guys want to go to bed at 7:00 last night? 'Cause by 8:30 I was passed out on my bed, drooling.

But, little lamb, you have a cold! You go to my house and sleep all day. It's quiet, and Margaret will make you some soup.

I wanted to go to bed when I got home from work.

I'm annoyed, because the converse is that this 4:45 sunset junk is good for those of us who get up early. However, since my recent injury, I have no need to get up early and enjoy the 6:00 sunrise, and I want to go to bed so flipping early!

You could still go to bed and get up early. I mean, if you're a crazy person. :)

Yes, ma'am. And my puppy, Loki, started begging for dinner at 4pm because he thought it was dinnertime.

Yeah, and I still couldn't get up this morning either. I think it's just time to hibernate, is all.

Oh, man, me too! I just told that to the grocery store guy yesterday. He laughed. I don't think he knew I was serious.

OK, I love it! Don't hate me. See, I get up at 4 a.m weekdays, so I'm always tired by 7:30 p.m. Now I'm not the only one in the house literally dying to go to bed at 8:00, PLUS, it's light earlier too. Yay Fall Back!!!

Wait, they make a 4:30 a.m.? What the hell does that look like?

The early dark makes me uber-sleepy for sure. I'm rather anti-clock change. I just don't see the point. Except for to make me (more) confused about what time it is for two weeks out of the year.
