curiouser and curiouser

You know how the time changed this weekend and the sun started setting at, like, noon? Did any of you guys want to go to bed at 7:00 last night? 'Cause by 8:30 I was passed out on my bed, drooling.

Comments

i ended up staying up kinda late last night on account of i was reading harry potter and drinking mulled wine.

But, little lamb, you have a cold! You go to my house and sleep all day. It's quiet, and Margaret will make you some soup.

Thank God I live in Arizona.

---

Yeah, you guys make a nice flavored ice tea.

I wanted to go to bed when I got home from work.

---

Me too. I almost laid down in the street when I was out walking Margaret.

I'm annoyed, because the converse is that this 4:45 sunset junk is good for those of us who get up early. However, since my recent injury, I have no need to get up early and enjoy the 6:00 sunrise, and I want to go to bed so flipping early!

---

You could still go to bed and get up early. I mean, if you're a crazy person. :)

I swear, yesterday was the longest day ever in the history of time.

---

Agreed. Plus I didn't even have Dancing with the Stars to look forward to on account of my pouting that Sabrina Bryan getting kicked off.

Yes, ma'am. And my puppy, Loki, started begging for dinner at 4pm because he thought it was dinnertime.

Yeah, and I still couldn't get up this morning either. I think it's just time to hibernate, is all.

---

Oh, man, me too! I just told that to the grocery store guy yesterday. He laughed. I don't think he knew I was serious.

Yup.

---

i KNEW it.

OK, I love it! Don't hate me. See, I get up at 4 a.m weekdays, so I'm always tired by 7:30 p.m. Now I'm not the only one in the house literally dying to go to bed at 8:00, PLUS, it's light earlier too. Yay Fall Back!!!

---

Wait, they make a 4:30 a.m.? What the hell does that look like?

The early dark makes me uber-sleepy for sure. I'm rather anti-clock change. I just don't see the point. Except for to make me (more) confused about what time it is for two weeks out of the year.
